When you explore going into Private Practice it can feel overwhelming. There is so much to do, where do you begin? How can you keep yourself and your practice safe? Where should you be based? What kind of space? Above all, it can feel quite lonely. Not having the umbrella of an organisation for support and guidance can leave you feeling unsettled and unsure if this is even a good idea... Imposter syndrome can really kick in hard! This is where a Power Hour with Harriet comes in. Harriet has been working freelance as a therapist since 2017 and began her own business in 2020. She has literally done exactly what you are thinking of doing and knows exactly where the pitfalls are. She has spent hours of time coming up with the structure and security needed to practice safely both for yourself and for clients. This is your opportunity to share where you are at and then put a structure in place, with Harriet's support to make sure you have everything you need. Contracts, price structure, client base, location, branding, social media, time organisation... all of these things (and much more) are aspects of your business you will need to explore and make decisions on and Harriet is here to guide you (if you wish).
