Repton Community Centre - November 2023 to January 2024
Heart Smart Arts collaborated with Repton Community Centre and Repton Manor Primary School for this project to design and mural the new Arts space at Repton Community Centre. This is our base in Ashford.
The children submitted designs representing their community which were joined together into one big design. The designers then came over to the centre to paint the Mural boards in a workshop with Harriet.
The Mural is being fully installed during Autumn 2024. Watch this space to see it completed!

ANTI ART SCHOOL
Rye and Ashford - Ongoing
Anti Art School is our signature workshop which we have run since we first started. This is a small workshop of 8 -12 people, children or families, who come together for some creative time with no pressure. This fun filled few hours focuses on creativity as play with no expectation, opportunities to try new things and to recognises each individual's capacity as an artist. At the end there is an opportunity to share, reflect and appreciate each other's art and explore what the process was like. These are both community funded and private bookable workshops.
